Should I update firmware first? Yes — go to Settings → About device → Online upgrade before first use.
Is it good for daytime use? Best in dark environments — backyard at night, bedroom with lights off, or room with curtains closed.
How do I manually focus? Rotate the internal gear mechanism to fine-tune sharpness.
How do I get a square image? Point the lens directly at the wall. If needed: Settings → Projection Settings → Keystone Correction → Initial Angle Correction.
How do I adjust picture settings? Settings → Projection Settings → Display Settings.
Can’t connect to WiFi? Stay within 5m of router, check time zone settings, try a different network or hotspot, or factory reset via Settings → Other Settings → Restore Factory Settings.
Screen mirror from iPhone? Update firmware, open the ScreenCast app, then use AirPlay — both devices must be on the same WiFi network.
